Yoga is a 5,000 year old practice which strives to join the mind and body in harmony and balance.

Body postures called Asanas are used to tone, strengthen and align the body and are used in conjunction with breathing and meditation techniques.

STROGA offers a wide variety of Yoga styles for all levels of practice. Spread out and relax in a studio capable of accommodating over 100 students. Group classes, private lessons and specialty workshops are offered to students on both a walk-in and space-reserved basis.
